Secure payments

All payments are processed by Mollie, a certified Dutch payment provider (PSD2 licensed by DNB). We do not receive any bank details or credit card numbers; they are only processed by Mollie on their secure servers. The entire payment page uses TLS encryption (green lock icon in your browser).

Frequently asked questions

When will I receive my order?

Immediately after payment (iDEAL, Bancontact, CC, PayPal, Apple/Google Pay) your order enters the warehouse. For SEPA transfer we wait for receipt, usually 1-3 business days. Klarna: shipped immediately, payment within 14 days.

What are the costs?

All payment methods are free. We do not charge transaction fees to customers; we pay the Mollie fees.

How do I know my payment was successful?

Right after a successful payment you land on our thank-you page and receive a confirmation email with your order number. Nothing received? Check your spam folder or mail customer service.

Can I pay in installments?

Via Klarna you can pay later within 14 days. For real installments (3× or 6× pay) we offer no option; all orders are paid in one go.
