You received your order, but something is missing
Our orders are picked by humans. Sometimes things go wrong. Let us know — we will send the missing part directly and free of charge. If it has sold out in the meantime, we refund within 5 business days.

You received the wrong color or part
Same — picking mistakes happen. Send us your order number with a photo of what you received. We will ship the correct part for free. If we cannot re-supply, we refund. You can keep the wrong part (or return it free if you prefer).

You received more than you ordered
We appreciate if you let us know — it lets us correct our stock and avoid other customers being disappointed. In principle you can just keep the extras as a bonus. For larger mistakes we kindly ask you to return free of charge.

You ordered something that turns out to be out of stock
Sometimes our stock is off. If we can re-source the missing part in reasonable time (often 1-2 weeks), we will wait and ship once received. If not, we refund directly — and add € 2.50 extra as apology.
