BSW-Bricks is een handelsnaam van Steenbouw B.V., gevestigd te TB Huurmanlaan 3, 1403 SL Bussum, KvK 88321703.

1. Applicability

These terms apply to all orders placed via bsw-bricks.nl.

2. Ordering and payment

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of payment via Mollie (iDEAL, credit card, PayPal, etc.). Prices include VAT; for destinations outside the Netherlands, the destination country VAT rate applies (EU OSS).

3. Delivery

Shipping via PostNL International to all EU countries. Delivery time 3-7 business days. Shipping costs depend on destination and are calculated at checkout.

4. Right of withdrawal

You have 14 days after receipt to return the order. Parts must be in original condition. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

5. Warranty

We guarantee that all parts are authentic LEGO® and in the indicated condition (New / Used).

6. Complaints

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
